I recently purchased a new Mercedes E350. Doug was personable, very sharp, and professional, and systematically showed me what he had available at the dealership, explaining and demonstrating many of the features that I was unfamiliar with. Although there wasn't a vehicle at the dealership that had the specific features that I wanted, Doug worked "outside the box" searching the Northeastern part of the USA to find me what I was hoping to buy. He was able to get just the right car for me, within days. All during the process, Doug communicated with me, and went out of his way to help me, and to be sure I was very satisfied. He procured the car I wanted, with what I needed on it, in a very tight period dealership, but this was my first opportunity to work with Mike Gale. He procured the car I wanted, with what I needed on it, in a very tight period of time. The price he got for me on the new ML was less than I anticipated, and my trade in on my 2010 ML was very fair. Mike kept me apprised on exactly what was happening during his search for the car, and then was more than helpful explaining all of the new features on the 2014. He is even coming over this week to calibrate my garage door openers. He is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Mercedes line. I would definitely send potential buyers to Mike Gale.
