Purchase of clk 500 Cj was amazing with the sale. He is very welcoming and made me feel great as a buyer. The finance man was a jerk and extremely pushy. After reading the impressive positive dealer reviews we chose to bring the car to Crown Mercedes - and did we make the right choice! From the moment we drove into the service bay and met David Kohler everything went perfectly. David thoroughly explained the repairs for the car and the time needed to receive parts. We left the car at Crown and continued our trip in a rental. Despite being out of the area, David kept us informed on the repair progress. The repairs are excellent - the car looks like nothing happened. Our service experience with Crown Mercedes and David in particular was outstanding! More
