Best Dealer Experience In 27 Years. I have owned a LOT of vehicles in the past 27 years. Corvettes, classic cars from the 50's and 60's, Cadillacs, BMW's, and a pile of service trucks. I I have owned a LOT of vehicles in the past 27 years. Corvettes, classic cars from the 50's and 60's, Cadillacs, BMW's, and a pile of service trucks. I have only purchased one used car in my entire life, and never really felt like I had a bad experience. That being said, the recent trip to Crown Eurocars Of Dublin (namely Ken Stuart) looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife's recently totaled SUV has made me rethink how great the previous experiences actually were. Ken and the staff at Crown worked with me on a USED Mercedes Benz ML500 for her, and honestly I felt like I was in paying cash for a 2016 S65. I met Ken on a zero degree day, and without hesitation he strolled right outside with me to go over the details of the vehicle...which he knew inside and out. He let me drive it, let her drive it, gave me several days to waffle, texted me immediately with answers to my questions (even from his personal phone, oh his family time at home), and ultimately filled it with gas and held it in the service area for her to come and pick up her warm, dry vehicle in the dead of winter. if you are shopping for anything on that lot, go see Ken, and leave happy.
