We specifically asked for him on round two, because we got such great service from him the first time around. Ken is very responsive and quick to meet the needs of his clients. I especially loved this particular car and there wasn't one in Columbus. I was very disappointed. Ken managed to find one "somewhere" so that my husband could bring home the car I wanted in time to surprise me! Further, Ken stopped at my house and programmed the car opener for me. He then proceeded to spend at least 30 minutes (on his time) going over the new features of the car with me and making sure I understood all the new gadgets that were on my car. I can always count on a hello from Ken when I stop and get my car washed. Friendly and always asking if he can help, I will be sure and ask for Ken when it's time for our third car! More

Although I had my heart set on a new 2015 vehicle from another dealership my mother recommended that I at least consider Crown Mercedes-Benz as my uncle and step-father have always been pleased with their cars and the service they've received over the years. However, at 23 years of age, I didn't expect the exceptional service I received from my Sales Consultant, Konstantin. I had several questions, and he answered each with confidence and professionalism. He was well versed on the car I was interested in and shared more about Mercedes-Benz as a company. He worked hard to make sure that I was pleased with not only the vehicle but the details of the sale and his timely service. Konstantin went above my expectations, which is what sold me on my first car, a Mercedes Benz. I knew regardless of what I wanted, the difficult part would be getting past Mom and surprisingly he did, quite easily. She demands professionalism, honesty and confidence when selling a product. When I left the lot, my first thought was, I will only do business with Crown Mercedes-Benz! Thank you Konstantin for an exceptional first experience for such an impressive car. Mark Kennedy had much to do with my decision. He was friendly and provided excellent customer service while I was determining which car to purchase. He was very informative as was his management throughout the entire process. They made the transaction smooth which if you have ever bought a car you know that it can be one of the worst experiences especially with an inept salesman. In the end, I was so pleased that I told my friends about the dealership and 2 more cars were driven off of the lot. If that's not a stamp if approval then I don't what is. Enough said. More
