Thank you for jumping on this. I just learned today that CT DMV has finally confirmed registration of my vehicle. I still haven't received my registration from them, but I am much relieved to know that the car is now registered to me in CT. It is my understanding that you use a third party to handle out of state registrations, as well as the fact that there was a recent hack of dealership systems, so I suspect that both may have contributed to the delay. As initially noted, all interactions with the salesman and sales manager were most satisfactory. As a suggestion, this experience may have been less frustrating if sales were given updates on the status of the registration. They were as frustrated as I was!
