Incomplete Services Upon my introduction to the attendent we confirmed that my car had a recall for the fuel pump. When I returned I was enformed that the recall work did not take place because they were out of parts...but the $550.00 of suggests filters and brake fluids were done. 1. I felt like I had been shamed. 2. Why did I wait four hours for minor routine procedures. 3. This is the last time I visit your location if my recall is not completed again as promised by next Saturday. 4. I’m a loyal customer and feel I deserve better treatment...I’m sure your competitors would agree. It’s funny because I assured Christen Santos that I would be getting a follow up email regarding the service and would be completing the survey. More
