I had an online chat to set up an appointment with Crown Lexus. I informed them of my issue and gave all of my information. They wanted to start all over. If you can't get an appointment, how can you trust their service? No respect, fail! More

Crown Lexus provided great service for my 2002 RX 300. I recently took my vehicle in for servicing and the technicians found the vehicle is in good condition.
