50% Markup on parts on their service + Bad Attitude? 50% Markup on parts on their service + Bad Attitude? Crown Lexus just replaced front brake and disc on our RX330 '04 today. They charged us $98 for 50% Markup on parts on their service + Bad Attitude? Crown Lexus just replaced front brake and disc on our RX330 '04 today. They charged us $98 for pads kit, $165 each on brake disc, and $251 labor. A year and half ago, another dealer charged $65 for pads kit and $221 labor. Crown Lexus seems to markup price on parts on top of the labor they already make. Be aware of their part's price on your next major services. BTW, last Saturday must be a bad day for them for something, both the service attendant and consultant's attitude were sloppy and impatient. Our previous experience with Crown wasn't as bad as last Saturday. More
