50,000 mile service on my GS350 F Sport I made an appointment with Al Medina. When I arrived, another person, Ali Shekeb, escorted me to his cubicle. Shame on me for not asking about Al... I made an appointment with Al Medina. When I arrived, another person, Ali Shekeb, escorted me to his cubicle. Shame on me for not asking about Al...I assumed he might be out. Only 5,000 miles ago, I replaced all four tires as well as replaced new brakes. When asked, I told Ali that the car was running great. He stated he would let me know if they found anything wrong? After waiting for my car for two hours, Ali told me they recommended one of my struts be replaced because it was leaking. He couldn't tell me how badly it was leaking; he couldn't tell me what is the purpose of a strut (even though I already knew), and he didn't offer to let me see the "bad" strut. He said it would cost $1300 to replace one strut, that they would need it all day, maybe even into the next day, didn't know if he could get a rental car, or how long it would take to get the part. I declined. More

Professional, Service Oriented and Honest Took a vehicle into have it serviced and dealt with Ali as a Service Adviser. I didn't have an appointment and hadn't scheduled a loaner vehicle. Ali went out of his way to find a loaner vehicle for me, so that I didn't have to rely on a ride share (Uber). Additionally, the service scenario was somewhat complicated. Our company had recently acquired another organization. They had a fleet of vehicles that we acquired through the acquisition. We planned on using the Lexus IS 300 as a commuter vehicle for some of our team members, but had concerns about the vehicle based upon various noise and handling issues that were present when driving it. Ali, had the car thoroughly reviewed with a list of the repairs that were needed back to me within 4 hours! It was a first class customer experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Ali and Crown Lexus. More
