Outstanding Service!!! I took my 1997 ES300 in to get another set of keys. I am the original owner and I purchased the car from Crown Lexus after the 3-yr lease was up. It has been a wonderful car, which is probably why I still have it after all these years. I dealt primarily with Alex Santana (Service Dept). He patiently explained what my options were, made helpful suggestions, kept me informed of their progress, and otherwise made me feel that I was the most important customer he had that day. (I am sure that isn't the case). As I wandered around the dealership, waiting for the work to be done on my car, many employees asked me if I had been helped. I thanked them for asking and said that my car was being worked on. It is great that employees are caring enough to make sure that customers are not being neglected and being pro-active enough to ask. The Pursuit of Excellence is alive and well at Crown Lexus!!! More

Other dealerships would have had you come back on the date of your appointment. We were saving the dealership of needing a loaner. More
Airbag Recall / Replacement Service It took many months from the initial recall letter to completing the replacement. I did all the chasing of making appointments, checking if parts were It took many months from the initial recall letter to completing the replacement. I did all the chasing of making appointments, checking if parts were in, etc.... Never received return calls. Rarely did someone answer the main Crowns Lexus phone number, always took several attempts. When I would get through, the calls would get dropped while on hold. Calling Lexus is very frustrating, seems like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. In May I had made an appointment after I was assured the part was in, only to learn 2 hours after dropping my car off the part was not in. I was assured I would be called when part came in. I finally called back in August and was told no part, but would use one meant for someone come on in the next morning it would take only 20 mins. It took over 2 hours. My confidence level that the part was even replace is very low. Sadly my trust and confidence level with Crown Lexus has diminished over this past year. I have a long history with Crown Lexus and I'm disappointed in the change. People are nice, but the service system is flawed. More
