100,000 maintenance Went in for 100,000 maintenance. Had an appointment. Taken care of right away. Everything explained. Service person waited patiently while I texted hubby about the work they were going to do. After a hour and half wait was told that my tranny cap (???) was stripped when they went to fill it. Was given a 2019 fully loaded ES 350 beauty to drive home. That car is gorgeous! Picked up my car next day. Easy peasy! No complaints here! I like this dealership. More
