Mixed Feelings (Sales Yes - Service NO) When we bought the car, it went well. When we brought it in for service, it was the worst service interaction we've had at a dealership. I know peop When we bought the car, it went well. When we brought it in for service, it was the worst service interaction we've had at a dealership. I know people who get their cars serviced here and haven't had issues, but my experience made me feel invisible to the staff. Couldn't get anyone to help us and had to go seek people out. I think they should know when someone pulls into the service bay that they need to be addressed, not ignored. The only person that really seemed to care was the cashier but I cannot recall her name. The "no contact" option was never offered, a loner wasn't offered (we had to arrange our own ride since it was going to be 2.5 hours for service - which we didn't know going in). I plan to drive all the way to El Monte for Lexus service the next time it's needed. More
