Don’t waste your time try to make a deal with this dealer. We were told the car we were buying are sold when I drove an hour to the store. Sales person Jackie confirmed the price and availability the dealer. We were told the car we were buying are sold when I drove an hour to the store. Sales person Jackie confirmed the price and availability the day before, and she also said she would hold the car until we come. Someone even called us in the morning when we were on our way to confirm the appointment. No one mentioned anything until we arrived and told by the sales person Roland it was sold. Very disappointed. More
Great service. Ray assisted us with the purchase of a 2024 Lexus. He was not pushy like other experiences I’ve had with other dealers in the past. Definitely recomm Ray assisted us with the purchase of a 2024 Lexus. He was not pushy like other experiences I’ve had with other dealers in the past. Definitely recommend purchasing from them. More
When I took delivery of the vehicle I was only provided with 1 key, and it was explained to me that that's the way the car was turned in and that's the way it was being sold. I don't blame the salesperson with 1 key, and it was explained to me that that's the way the car was turned in and that's the way it was being sold. I don't blame the salesperson as he most likely didn't find out about there being only 1 key until it was time for me to take delivery. I did express my disappointment with there being no spare key to the vehicle and he talked about the possibility of getting me one at cost. As I live over an hours away from the dealer, I wasn't crazy about the idea of coming back. I personally believe as this was a Lexus certified pre-owned vehicle this issues would have been taken care of in the 160+point inspection required to certify the vehicle. I took the car home and thought about it for a few days. I called back the dealer and spoke with Oscar (the same salesperson who sold me the car). I explained that I was having heart burn over the key situation and asked if there was some way to get me the second key at cost like he had suggested. He said he needed to talk to the sales manager and would call me back on Monday since it was the weekend, and the sales manager wasn't in. It is now Thursday and I have not heard back from Oscar or the sales manager. Also of note, I have found 5 small dents on the car over several of the panels, 2 of which (on the roof) are so deep they took the paint off. I was told in a text by Neal the sales manager before driving down there that “Car is nice, no dings, very few chips and certified!” Today I called back Crown Lexus and Oscar answered the phone when I told him about my issue with the dings he said to me in a sarcastic condescending tone “So you’re mad a used car has dents!?” I explained that I was ensured in writing that the car had none and that I don’t feel I should be responsible for fixing them. I informed him I have a dent pro coming to the house tomorrow and I was hoping crown lexus would split the cost with me. He told me “how about we get you the key at cost $300 and you take care of the dents. I told him that didn’t work for me and I needed more than that. He connected me to the sales manager David and he told me to send him pictures of dents so he can schedule a time for his dent pro to fix them and get me my key at cost. I also informed him I have a dent pro coming and asked about splitting the cost and he told they “absolutely can not reimburse any out of pocket expenses” I texted him the pictures and wanted 2 hours to hear back. While I was waiting I decided I wanted to make a deal to make it easier on everyone. I would take care of the dent $300-$500 out of pocket if they would mail me a key free of charge and I would get it programmed myself $200 out of pocket. so I called back to ask for David. I was told he was taking in new cars. I waited another hour and texted him “Can you give me a call when you get a chance please?” I waited another 30 minutes I called back and asked for David again and was told he got pulled into a meeting. I asked that the message get to David that he please call me back on a time sensitive issue as I have something scheduled for tomorrow and it is very important that he call me back before end of day. I was told the message would be relayed. That was 6 hours ago and crown Lexus is now closed. In my opinion they are trying to wait me out and hope I just go away. This is the first time in my life I have been fortunate enough to buy a luxury car brand. I was so excited for the luxury experience and now I feel that has been completely ruined by the lies about the dents from Neal, the complete lack of follow up from and David, and the sarcasm and condescension from Oscar. This kind of behavior I would expect from a no name used car dealer but not from a Lexus dealer selling a certified pre-owned car with extended Lexus warranty. Overall, I found this experience not to live up to the luxury high end standards that Lexus projects to potential customers. More
