Unfortunately, the service at Crown Lexus for the past 3 occasions has been less than satisfactory and discredits the Elite Status dealership currently enjoys. On 14June13. I had cgone to the dealership for some warranty related issues; I had given details of the problem to the intake person. Fifteen inutes later the Service Advisor calls me and tells me that my car was due for lube oil service, I still have the invoice with me. I told him that I came for an warranty issue bit he insisted it was lube service. I told the Service Advisor that the vehicle was serviced by them on 8 May 2013 for oil change. It is amazing that nobody even bothered to check that I was in the facility precisely for this service 3 weeks back. Apparently doing due diligence and checking records is not one of the services Crown Lexus provides. Also the records for this visit for 14June have been incorrectly entered, no general repairs were made, the tire pressures were not checked and no quality inspection was made. I have requested the dealership to correct the records. More

Waited 10 min for anyone to greet my sister and I . Bought a vehicle anyways because it was the one I wanted as a cpo vehicle. Have been going to this dealer for 6 years now. Hard to establish a relationship with one service advisor since it seems they change every couple of months or so. They always recommend other services on a need basis(doesn't surprise me) but there is no high pressure stuff like "Better get it done now" Overall I give them an "A" More

My family just purchased the 2010 LS600HL on Monday and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Johnny was one of the kindest salesman we've ever worked with (we have 5 other Lexus' so that's saying A we couldn't be happier with our experience.
