I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. The Crown Lexus price quoted to me, and honored, was lower than any other dealership in the United States. Believe me, I checked prices nationwide for months. But, competitive pricing is probably least consideration why I will certainly buy another car from this dealership in the future. My deal involved an out of state purchase of a Lexus 600h L, sight unseen, over the Internet. The 600h L is a pretty pricey car. So, dealing on a sight unseen basis on this purchase required a real leap of faith on my part and a ton of honesty and integrity by Crown Lexus to make it work. I got that and much more from Mike Diaz and Mike Shimon of Crown who handled my purchase. Since I live 1500 miles away from Crown, this transaction required a vast number of e-mails, telephone calls, and document transmissions. From the beginning to the end of this transaction, both of these gentlemen were as knowledgeable, informative, and friendly as anyone could possibly ask in timely responding to everything. All communications were prompt, courteous, and utterly accurate. This included a complete visual analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of this used car- down to the most minor details, such as tiny scratches I never could find after the car arrived. That great sales assistance, however, turned out to be a small part on this long distance car deal. Unfortunately, when my car arrived from California, I noticed some obscure issues with the operation of car that would have been undetectable to Mike and Mike. I thought: oh boy, here we go. However, without hesitation or qualification, Mike Diaz and Mike Shimon immediately apologized for the "oversight" and instructed me to immediately take the car to the nearest Lexus dealer to have any and all of these irregularities immediately diagnosed and repaired, at Crown expense. Well, unfortunately, the repair cost was several thousand dollars. Crown never blinked an eye. They authorized the repair cost in its entirety, the car was fixed, and I was the happy benefactor. I am relatively certain that Crown probably did not make out on this car deal. However, in every single respect, they put their integrity well in front of whatever profit they may have lost on this specific car. It was THEY who reminded ME of their prior representations that the car "would be right." Crown did all of this for a customer who lives 1500 miles away who they probably reasonably expected they would never likely see, or hear from again, and who had limited redress against them, in case they did not choose to live up to their representations (as many dealers might not have under the circumstances). I can honestly say that in 40 years of buying cars, I have never dealt with a more principled dealership that better exemplified true excellence in all respects than Crown Lexus. Accordingly, I recommend them unconditionally. More

The night before my appointment, I recevied a call from the Brett/George saying they want to change the price. What?? We had a deal set. The old price was a good one, the new one was bad. I could find better deals elsewhere compared to the new price. Classic bait and switch from a two-bit dealership with two-bit salespeople who should go back to selling used pintos. More

They charged us $98 for pads kit, $165 each on brake disc, and $251 labor. A year and half ago, another dealer charged $65 for pads kit and $221 labor. Crown Lexus seems to markup price on parts on top of the labor they already make. Be aware of their part's price on your next major services. BTW, last Saturday must be a bad day for them for something, both the service attendant and consultant's attitude were sloppy and impatient. Our previous experience with Crown wasn't as bad as last Saturday. More

This is an excellent dealership. We visited this dealership simply to look. We ended up purchasing a 2002 SC430 white. In addition, as an added service by purchasing a car from them you get complimentary car washes every Saturday for as long as you own your car. Can't beat that. The name of the sales person that helped us is Raad Haddad. He is the nicest car sales person we have ever met; very friendly and personable. More
