Terrible Experience with Crown Lexus – Dishonest and Unprofessional I recently purchased a used car from Crown Lexus, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. There were several ma Unprofessional I recently purchased a used car from Crown Lexus, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. There were several major issues that made this purchase one of the worst I've ever encountered: Hidden Charges: I was charged for an extra item called "Complete Theft" without it ever being disclosed during the negotiation. This charge was added on top of the final agreed-upon price, and I only found out after I double-checked the invoice later. When I returned to the dealership to ask about it, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they had the audacity to ask if I was there to argue. Only after I demanded to speak with the manager did they change their tone, but by then it was too late—I was already frustrated beyond words. Overcharged Sales Tax: On top of the hidden fees, they also overcharged me on sales tax by a few hundred dollars. Had I not reviewed the invoice carefully, they would have gotten away with it. It took them over two months just to refund the difference in sales tax. This level of incompetence is shocking for a dealership that is supposed to represent the Lexus brand. Poor After-Sales Service: The salesperson who sold me the car was incredibly unprofessional once the deal was done. I had pending items under the due bill, and every time I asked for an update, I was ignored. He would promise to call me back but never did. It was clear he was only interested in the sale and had no concern for after-sales customer service. For a Lexus dealership, I expected a high standard of service and professionalism, but what I got was the complete opposite. I would never recommend Crown Lexus to anyone looking for a car. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs. More
