WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from out of state. As soon as I signed papers it’s as if I didn’t exist. They shipped vehicle to me and as I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from out of state. As soon as I signed papers it’s as if I didn’t exist. They shipped vehicle to me and asked for me to call once I received. I called and was told they were busy and would call me back. No call back all day. The following day I called back and was told sales rep was not working that day. I asked to speak to a manager because I noticed that the certified pre owned vehicle, that I was promised in mint condition, had some alignment issues. I left a message for manager since I was told they weren’t available. Waited all day for a call back never received one. Then call again the following day and ask for the sales rep that sold me the car to please have manager call me back to address the alignment issues with the vehicle. Received no call back instead, a text, telling me they could not help and that I should try calling again and ask for a manager which I replied. “ I have attempted to reach out several times regarding the alignment issue with my recently purchased vehicle. As a valued customer, I was assured that the car was in impeccable condition with no defects, especially considering it is a certified pre-owned vehicle that should have passed all necessary inspections. However, the fact that upon transport, the alignment was compromised raises concerns about the level of responsibility and care taken during the process. It is disconcerting to learn that there is hesitation in rectifying this issue at a Sister company due to possible negligence of the transport personnel. I trust that as a reputable establishment, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the vehicles should be a top priority. I kindly urge for your assistance in addressing and resolving this matter promptly. Never received a call, follow up, or anything. As soon as they received there money they were ZERO help! If I could have returned the vehicle I would have. They refuse to call or service the alignment on the vehicle that either wasn’t aligned properly from transport or was damaged during transport. I was told I could drive 3 hours away to another dealership and they would look at it. Regardless I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a vehicle from Crown Lexus!! They give car sales people a bad name!
