They have zero expertise working at this dealership and it shows in everything they do. I set an appt to see a used truck at 2pm. Manager decided he wanted to drive the truck home and had the sales guy text me at 4:30 to make sure I was going to show. I show up at 4:54 and the truck is not there. It gets better though. The sales guy says 10 minutes and it will be here and points us to any seating area we like. 30 minutes later after asking the internet director for help and her walking off while talking to the guy who has the truck and then walking out the door, I’m getting upset. I think she gestured to Joe to handle it and dingle nuts finally came over and said the manager is getting off the freeway, either way just a rude bunch of unprofessional people. 40 minutes in the manager shows up and says gosh so sorry, whatever I told him I understood no big deal. The truck has a dent the size of a fist in the front bumper and a nice ding in the driver door. It’s touched up with nail polish on the front grill. I asked the sales guy to see what can be done, he calls the “manager”. He’s on the phone for 15 minutes or so and I said you know what just call me and let me know what the “manager” said. That was 5:30 last night and it’s now noon the next day. Nothing from anyone? I actually drive an hour to see this truck and I’m not interested? If I’m not looking at a Lexus I don’t matter? I still get a lot of questions from fam and friends on where to buy cars after serving in the biz for 22 years, I will be sure to guide them away from this place. More
