Disgusted with the sales service I received from your dealership. TI originally found a car on cars.com and emailed their general inbox. I started the email chain on November 29th trying to get a price dealership. TI originally found a car on cars.com and emailed their general inbox. I started the email chain on November 29th trying to get a price for transport, etc. I did not get a timely response so i emailed the assistant and asked for a different sales rep that would reply to me to purchase this car. After that, the sales rep called me finally and I was told I could go to any Sonic Dealership in CO and get the process started on purchasing, however I would lose the Certified status as it would not be purchased through Lexus, it would be through another dealer. I did not want to lose the certified status so i called your general phone line and got a different sales rep and she was very helpful. She was ready to get the quote and everything setup but then she was told the car was sold. At this point I am furious since due to the lack of response on Crown Lexus, I was not able to purchase the GX that fit my needs. After a few days, i get a general email from Crown Lexus saying there was a price drop again and the car was not sold. I then immediately called one of the Sonic Dealerships in Colorado to get the process started. The car still shows available yet they are being told it was sold. At this point I have no faith in what your dealership tells me. This is my 4th Lexus I am trying to purchase but this has hands down been the worst experience I have EVER received. More

I went to Crown Lexus to try to sell my vehicle and Noemi took off features of my car that I clearly had. She took off the premium package and moonroof, which it has. She even admitted in email that she opened and closed the moonroof. Noemi also stated my car needs new tires when I recently replaced them. She was very unprofessional, rude and has no clue what she is doing. The service I received from her and transparency was horrific and a waste of time. I will never recommend anyone to sell their car to Crown Lexus as the service was terrible and the employee is not trained. I will never come back here again. You just lost a customer. I will be contacting a branch manager in regards to this. If I could rate a 0, I would. More
