I recently purchased a new RX 350h at Crown Lexus dealership, and was helped by Tony Huynh. He was helpful in so many ways, and helped guide me through the car buying process. He is very responsive and knowledgeable to any inquiries. In fact, the specific car I wanted was available in inventory at a different dealership, and he was gracious enough to work with that other dealership to obtain the car for me. Once we settled on pricing and when I was ready to move forward with purchasing the car, he himself went to go pick up the car from the other dealership (approximately 140 - 150 miles round trip). He just wanted to help in any way. He is very courteous, and not once did I ever feel any sales pressure from him at all. If you are considering purchasing a Lexus, I would easily recommend to request for Tony. More
