Crown Lexus was the best dealership to work with within 500 miles of where I live! I live in Las Vegas, and Crown Lexus is in Ontario, California. I had been searching for my particular Lexus all over. My salesman, Joe Reyes, had kept notes of exactly the car make, color, and specs that I wanted. As soon as it became available, he called me on the phone, and within 15 minutes, we negotiated a deal. It was a lot of money I was going to be wiring to their bank, and it was such a smooth transaction, so I just wanted to double verify on my own the details. I was a little skeptical at since I never worked with Joe, or this dealership. So I independently called back to make sure the people I was working with were actual salespeople. And then I called the finance department to have them confirm the bank information. Everything checked out! I paid the deposit with a credit card to hold it, wired the money the next day. Then I booked a flight, and drove the car home to Las Vegas the next day. The amount I saved compared to other dealerships was significant. But beyond the cost, it was the easiest and smoothest transaction that I’ve ever done. I will definitely be working with them on my next Lexus. I am a customer for life! More
