I have been dealing with Sherry since 2001 and, as far as I am concerned, she is the ONLY one I will work with. She is very kind, but also very no-nonsense when it comes to the upkeep of my vehicle. I was visiting the area from Virginia and noticed my headlight low beam was burned out. It was a Saturday morning and I saw that the service dept. opened at 8am. I went over about 8:30 and was taken right away by Evan Doel. He was very helpful and filled out my papers, estimated the cost and how long it would take. They had me in and out in less than an hour and the price was reasonable. Patti Buchhalter took my payment and was very nice. I have always been really happy with my dealer service in Virginia but this team is just as helpful and friendly as back home. Thanks for helping a traveller in need. More
I have been dealing with Sherry since I got my Mitsubishi in 2006. I always ask for her. She remembers everyone's name and goes out of her way to help with any problems including a crazy work schedule. I in 2006. I always ask for her. She is always right on top of everything which sometimes includes getting a rental and a loaner when work is not done when it was scheduled. Sherry reminds me of additional service items I might need before they are due so I can plan for the expense. Wish I also knew the name of the person that actually worked on my car because they always correct the problem. Never have to return because the problem was not corrected. More
2011 Kia Soul - Brake lights were not working and ESC light came on. Called the service department on a Saturday and spoke with Sherry. The overall experience at the Service Center is excellent! Crown was very responsive a few years ago when I had some paint problems with my Endeavor (I basically had the entire vehicle repainted at no expense to me), they have offered some great discounts on service in the past, and I know that when I bring my vehicle in I can trust the service department to do what is needed with no pressure sales to do anything else. I would highly recommend the service department (for Mitsubishi vehicles - I can't speak for Kia). More
