Matt, Evan, and Sherry were awesome! They worked so hard with me in getting my car issues resolved! My car has to have compressor work for car to run, and they did a great job working with me to get repairs with me in getting my car issues resolved! These three were knowledgeable, and politely educated me and kept their cool even though I was in a panic. In the the end, it all worked out, and my car is running great. Please triple their salaries. They deserve it! More

Matt Maynard handled our recent recall on a Sorento. Since the replacement parts had not come in, he helped us get a rental car substitute which KIA reimbursed.
