We moved to FL from Indiana 2 years ago and needed to have our Mitsubishi serviced. Knew nothing about this dealership but decided to try them out. Every time I have required service I go through Sherry Veira. Sherry always takes great care of me and very pleased in her customer service. Patti was awesome, I was having a bad experience with my new Outlander the back up camera stopped working at 5,000 miles , I previously went to Port Richey Mitsubishi and they were not friendly at all t new Outlander the back up camera stopped working at 5,000 miles , I previously went to Port Richey Mitsubishi and they were not friendly at all there. I did not have to wait long as the first time and at the end of the service I got a coupo excellent customer service, all my questions were answered. I was quoted a price of $29.95 for a lube, oil and filter service. I asked for Pennzoil instead of the brand they use and was told it would add maybe $5.00 to the cost. I made an appointment for the next day and had the service done. At the completion the Service Rep tells me the total is about $60.00. I refuse to pay it and advise her of what I was told on the day before. She says, "I check with management and see what can be done". 10 minutes later I am asked to pay 39.95 and agree to that just to get out of there. This is exactly the kind of "bait and switch" this dealership tried when I bought the car 2 years ago. Then they tried to reduce the amount offered on my trade-in (which had been a written contract condition) but said "we'll check to see if management will honor the agreed upon value" when I told them I would not complete the deal. Typical bait and switch tactic and I should have known better the 2nd time. There won't be a 3rd, that is for absolute certain, even if they are the last dealership on Earth. More
