Kia Soul Serivce I have been taking my 2011 Soul to Crown Kia for quite awhile. Specifically I deal with Sherry Vieira. Sherry always goes out of her way to make servi I have been taking my 2011 Soul to Crown Kia for quite awhile. Specifically I deal with Sherry Vieira. Sherry always goes out of her way to make service convenient for me and when additional services beyond normal oil changes etc are required she always works to explain what is needed and at reasonable costs. I highly recommend her as a service consultant. More

Best Service Experience EVER !!! My extended warranty was nearing it's expiration, but I needed an oil leak fixed before I left on a long business trip. Matt went above & beyond helping me with my "fix-it" list & working with the warranty company. I have never had anyone in a service department be so pleasant & helpful in my life. excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend the service dept and Sherry Vieira. Sherry went out of her way to fit me in and fix my air conditioner, give me a rental and cool m I highly recommend the service dept and Sherry Vieira. Sherry went out of her way to fit me in and fix my air conditioner, give me a rental and cool me off in 92 degree weather while my vehicle was being fixed. She exhibited the utmost professionalism and courtesy and efficiency and I I am so pleased with the service I received. I cannot say enough and thank Crown Mitsubishi and Sherry for a great experience....I will return!!! More

Can't beat the service!!!!! Mathew Maynard is probably the best service manager we have ever come across since moving to Florida 10 years ago. He took care of my wife as soon as Mathew Maynard is probably the best service manager we have ever come across since moving to Florida 10 years ago. He took care of my wife as soon as she brought her car in. He explained everything that was repaired on her car. He made her feel like a valued customer and not a number.. Service people like Mathew are very hard to find. Crown Kia is very lucky to have this type of person not only working for them but also representing them. 5 star because that is the most we can pick!!!! More

Love my Crown Kia Friends! I leased a 2015 KIA Optima in January 2016. During the time that I was dealing with Peter Petrovic regarding the details of the lease, he not only ma I leased a 2015 KIA Optima in January 2016. During the time that I was dealing with Peter Petrovic regarding the details of the lease, he not only made sure that I understand everything that I was signing but he also informed me about the extra coverages that were available to me. Thinking that I would not need the other coverages because it was a 'new' car, Peter made sure that I was well informed. So, after conversing back and forth with Peter, I decided to take the Tire/Rim and Ding coverage. Well thank goodness that I did! On 2/26/16 I was driving to work and while I was driving to work, I noticed the 'low tire pressure' light was on. Thinking it was because I had gone on a road trip that maybe that was the cause. But while I was sitting at a light waiting to turn into my place of business, the truck next to me honked and told me that my tire was about to go flat! Once at work, I called and spoke to one of my awesomest KIA employees, Deb Deitrich who in turn put me in touch with John in the service department. Jon was awesome! He provided me with the KIA roadside assistance information! The car was then transported to their location and PRESTO! I had a new tire in no time FREE of charge!!! And it's all because Peter made sure that I had the right coverage from the get go! When I went to pick up my car, I was able to converse with Mr. Z, who happens to be the BEST car salesman around! He made sure that the car was being taken care of properly and that I was, once again, a VERY HAPPY CAMPER!! I can not say enough about my experiences with Crown KIA! This is my 2nd lease with Crown KIA and I am pretty sure that it WON'T be my last! Thank you AGAIN!!! Deb, Mr. Z, Peter and Jon for the awesome customer service! Your friend, Michele D'Alessio More

Awesome Wow!!!!! What a great place for service. Matt Maynard was so great to work with, friendly,outgoing and a great personality Crown really has a gem with Wow!!!!! What a great place for service. I had my Outlander serviced for an alternator and Matt told me when it would be done and he was right on the money for repair work. I will come back here in a heartbeat for future repairs. Professional and Efficient Service I had to take in my car to have some recall and maintenance work. I was surprised how easy it was. Jon Heil was very professional and knowledgeable. He set the right expectations at the first visit by letting me know that I might have to make more than 1 trip, he explained the whole process in detail, and got me in and out quick. The courtesy shuttle was also a really nice touch since I work the typical 9-5 during the weekdays. I also want to give a shout out to Sherry who helped me with both of my pickups. Great service! More

Thanks Adrian Adrian found me wandering around the car lot as I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I had no intention of getting a new car, but was starting to Adrian found me wandering around the car lot as I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I had no intention of getting a new car, but was starting to have trouble getting in and out of my sporty convertible and was thinking ahead. He showed me a couple of new models and we test drove a bare bones Kia Rio that was the size I would want with the non-techie features I would prefer in my next car. We ran some numbers and the only thing that stopped me was not wanting a car payment. Adrian did some quick talking and got me an offer of top dollar for my 2012 Eclipse and I thought, "With a couple thousand from savings, I could be in a new car!" Then he introduced me to the business manager who showed me how I could leave my savings alone and lease the vehicle for under $75 per month. Now THAT I could handle. So I drove home in my 2016 Kia Rio and just love it. So glad Adrian struck up a friendly, soft-sell conversation with me and will go back to him when my 3 year lease is up (I'll be turning 70) and get into my next brand new lease. You'd better be there, Adrian!! Thanks for a pleasant buying experience. Love my new car! More
