The other guy did fine, too. I came to have my oil changed, and since Sherry (my go-to-gal) was at lunch, Julian Bitar helped me. Just as Sherry did, Julian got me checked in, i I came to have my oil changed, and since Sherry (my go-to-gal) was at lunch, Julian Bitar helped me. Just as Sherry did, Julian got me checked in, i banished myself to the coffee pot, and next thing I knew, Sherry was telling me my Soul (love it!) was ready. Julian checked me out, and I was on my way! They're GRRREAT! (As Tony the Tiger would say.) More

Service I have come to expect I took my truck into Kia and dealt with Sherry Vieira. I have come to expect the wonderful service i received. Like most times with a 2003 vehicle t I took my truck into Kia and dealt with Sherry Vieira. I have come to expect the wonderful service i received. Like most times with a 2003 vehicle the repair did not go fully as planned on both sides but with her professionalism and true care for me and my vehicle it made the process so much easier.
