VIP TREATMENT We recently performed service to our car at this dealership. Though young Julian Bitar was not assigned to our appointment, he did everything in his p We recently performed service to our car at this dealership. Though young Julian Bitar was not assigned to our appointment, he did everything in his power to make sure we got in and out in a jiffy, being that we had no idea it would take 2:30 hours and we had brought our dog along the way. He was attentive and explained all the service options for me with ease and in a matter that didn't feel pushy. He was very welcoming and 100% customer oriented. The rest of the staff were super cool as well, I don't remember the lady's name that gave our puppy snacks...but oh yeah...that made her day!!! It's my first time servicing my vehicle here but Julian made a difference. We'll definitely be back. More

Great service department Michael Stephenson helped me as a first time customer to Crown Kia's service center. He had my paperwork available when I came in for my appointment, Michael Stephenson helped me as a first time customer to Crown Kia's service center. He had my paperwork available when I came in for my appointment, gave me an accurate estimate on replacing my brake light and the car was ready when he said it would be. Most of the work was for a recall but very impressed by service. Will definitely use again. More

this service work was done on 2013 kia soul took car in for oil change,i had an a 7:30 appointment,I arrived at 6:50 and the shop wasn't opened but they was nice enough to let me wait inside unt took car in for oil change,i had an a 7:30 appointment,I arrived at 6:50 and the shop wasn't opened but they was nice enough to let me wait inside until work started.
