Crown Kia Service (and Sherry Vieira in particular) Owning three cars that all are taken to separate dealers in St. Petersburg, I consistently find Crown Kia the most satisfying in terms of quality of w Owning three cars that all are taken to separate dealers in St. Petersburg, I consistently find Crown Kia the most satisfying in terms of quality of work, adherence to appointments and courtesy over any of the other two. My service manager, Sherry Vieria, has been my "go to" person since we purchased my Kia Sorrento in 2011. What I like best is that they carefully service the vehicle and "recommend" any additional service. The recommendations are always accompanied by clear reasons along with any diagnostic testing. If I prefer to use a retail store for certain items, such as batteries, they have no objection. They simply tell me the status of my existing item. I contrast that with another dealer who services my wife's car (not a Kia) who insists that if I don't immediately pay thousands of dollars to replace every fluid, and a host of "life threating" problems that my wife is in danger. (I have taken my car to an independent service that has "debunked" most of these "problems" that this unnamed dealer insists exists.) Anyway, I'm very happy with Crown Kia and with Sherry Vieira in particular. I recommend her to anyone who wants world class service. More

I don't put many miles on my vehicle, I email Sherry to review my record and give her my current mileage. Sherry reviews and calculates what maintenance would be appropriate for me at the time. She is very kind to me, she is easy to work with, she knows her stuff, she is willing to work with the customer financially, she is focused, she is calm, she is friendly!
