I was blessed with a warm welcoming smile in the peson of Mr. Michael Stephenson. Was impressed with the way he explained what was to be done, and approximated time it would take. Checked on me after a while to assure me that everything is still going well and on time. Finally, my car was ready Mr Stephenson explained the findings and thanked me for coming in. I only had to wait a few minutes to speak with a service adviser Sherry Viairo, who was clear and t Brought in my vehicle for a service recall notice. I only had to wait a few minutes to speak with a service adviser Sherry Viairo, who was clear and told me what would be occurring that day. I put my name on the courtesy ride list and only waited for a brief amount of time for my ride home. There is a phone contact app that updated me about my vehicle and inquired about potential additional services that are due. NO HARD SELLING! I really like that. Vehicle was ready ahead of time and I picked up our inspected and freshly washed vehicle...my wife LOVES her Sorento! More
