Knowledgeable and respectful I took a chance that I could get an oil change at Crown Kia without an appointment. I was greeted by Sherry Vieira, service employee. Yes, absolutely I took a chance that I could get an oil change at Crown Kia without an appointment. I was greeted by Sherry Vieira, service employee. Yes, absolutely I could! They have express service. I was offered a shuttle home or I could wait. I stayed. Waiting area is pleasant. TV, magazines, snacks, coffee...making my wait comfortable. Sherry offered several different options for an oil change. Not pushy. She gave me information regarding maintenance on my vehicle for the mileage it has. Not pushy. When my car was done, Sherry showed me what the mechanics saw that I may want to address. I chose one. Not pushy. I appreciated Sherry keeping me in the loop about my car. She was aware that all the maintenance necessary, done at once, can be pricey. I appreciated her knowledge. Not pushy. Go and ask for Sherry Vieira! More

Highly Recommend Came in for an oil change and to have my headlights checked. My car was kept over night and I was given a 2019 Forte loaner car. My car was ready fo Came in for an oil change and to have my headlights checked. My car was kept over night and I was given a 2019 Forte loaner car. My car was ready for pickup early the next day and the problem was corrected with my headlights. Everyone is so nice here. I would recommend Crown Kia to my friends and family. More
