Each and every encounter with Michael has been excellent. On my last visit, he suggested several maintenance items that I elected not to do, but he exerted no pressure at all. He arranged for transportation to take me home until my car was completed -- free car wash included. I waited an extra 30 minutes for pickup at my home because the driver was at lunch, but I was at home and it didn't bother me at all. Overall, it was a very nice experience. More

John Heil is the kindest service advisor I've ever worked with. Both John's persistence and Kia's mechanics worked tirelessly together to find the problem. I was listened to, treated with respect, provided a clean-smelling loaner car, and kept in excellent communication on their progress. I felt the whole time I was in very good hands. Thank you, Kia, for having John on your team. He made me feel valuable. I'd highly recommend this service center above the rest. More
