Excellent, Michael was a pleasure to do business with I called because I had a tire pressure light on and was given Michael Stephenson as Kia representative too deal with. Tire had a cut and need to be replace, and as I have to travel back to Ma I decided to get 2 tires> Michael explained that if I were going to put 2 tires on I should replace them all, as Kia had a sale,buy 3 and get the 4th free. Also , because the tires i use would not be in until the next AM , Michael got me a car to use. Michael is a great employee and Crown is lucky to have him. More
