John was very efficient in having his crew locate the problem and had the problem fixed within a short period of time, As usual John Heil was friendly, showed good customer service, and kept me updated during the repair. Excellent Experience with Kia Service This was my first visit to the Crown Kia service center, and it sure won't be my last! Michael Stephenson was my service advisor, and he was great. A nice pleasant greeting when I arrived followed by a summary of what work would be completed. When I came to pick up my car, he informed me about future maintenance that my car would need and showed me the car's "report card". He then walked me to my car. A very nice bonus was the car wash! All in all, one of the nicest experiences I've had with a service advisor and a service center. Thanks!! More
