I am convinced there are 2 Supermen in disguise working here, John Heil and Felix the absolute master mechanic. I brought my Kia Soul in with an Engine Malfunction light on. (Needless to say, that alone ca here, John Heil and Felix the absolute master mechanic. I brought my Kia Soul in with an Engine Malfunction light on. (Needless to say, that alone can cause anxiety). I asked to wait in the lobby while they diagnosed the problem. Before I knew it, Felix had found the issue - an EVAP leak in the hose running from the charcoal box, and John was holding the piece with the hole in it for me to examine. These guys are amazing, they care, and treat me like family. They ordered the correct part I needed, fixed my car up so I could drive it home. I returned the next morning and within an hour the new hose was in, everything was fixed like new, and no more leaks! Amazingly fast, I could hardly believe it. I love these guys, they are awesome. Thank you, Kia, for John and Felix ❤ They made my day and put some joy back in a girl's heart. More

Curtis Mccool was very friendly and professional. I had a few questions which Curtis was able to answer. Kyle Matthews was very nice. And I appreciate the service department for working in my car for repair service. However, my brakes don't feel as though they have been repaired. The rotors were horrible, however, I still feel like I have to push down to far to stop. I didn't know that I was going to be charged a fee ($20.30) for the van service ride to the Enterprise Car Rental that was less than a five minute trip, to the block of 47th Avenue North. It used to be a complimentary service. And still should be. So the actual amount of my brake discount was less than $5. 00. Thank you. Sonya L. White More
