I started having my Kia Rio serviced at Crown Kia when I moved to Clearwater in 2015. I now live in Dunedin and still have my car serviced at Crown. It's.a few miles more of a drive, but the peace of mind moved to Clearwater in 2015. I now live in Dunedin and still have my car serviced at Crown. It's.a few miles more of a drive, but the peace of mind I have when my car is in for service is well worth it. Sherry goes above and beyond with customer service. She is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She answers any questions I may have concerning the service and/or my car. Basically, Sherry rocks!!!!! More

Went in for scheduled oil change. Kyle explained my options and if I wanted anything else done. No pressure which is great. Got done in a timely manner and he explained what should be done in next visi options and if I wanted anything else done. No pressure which is great. Went in for a scheduled oil change and there had been a recall on my car as well so they were going to do that my car would be there for almost 4 hours I didn’t have a ride home and Kyle Maxwell said they recall on my car as well so they were going to do that my car would be there for almost 4 hours I didn’t have a ride home and Kyle Maxwell said they could give me a ride home and arranged for a LYFT I said well I might not have a ride back when my car is done after he said he would call me he also arranged for a LYFT to bring me back this is the first time I’ve ever had a dealer bring me back after my car was ready the car was clean and done at approximately the time he said it would be he was very pleasant and professional and I appreciated that More

I'm a big fan of Crown Mitsubishi, I've always bragged about how great this dealership is. Your prices are fair and your service people are friendly and helpful. But not Sherry.
