We stopped in yesterday for a service recall and had the great fortune to meet Sherry Vieira, our service rep! We received the recall notification for our 2019 Kia Sportage and made our appointment online for 3pm. We were running errands and happened to be close to the dealership at 1pm...so we popped in to see Sportage and made our appointment online for 3pm. We were running errands and happened to be close to the dealership at 1pm...so we popped in to see if they could take us earlier. We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Tracey Haas. (Tracey is new to the service department so she is not an option to rate in your service dept member drop down list yet.) I would definitely rate her 5 stars. She said she'd try her best to fit us in, asked if we wanted the complimentary inspection and car wash (which at this time we declined), and informed us that we could wait in the lounge. She overheard us mention we were hungry and quickly informed us there were snacks back in the lounge. Within no time, Tracey was back to tell us our car was ready. Wow. That was fast. Thank you service department! In at 1:05pm, out at 1:34pm. More

Took my car in for it's regularly scheduled maintenance and, a rattling sound that had been bothering me for months. Brian Casey and the service team were able to locate the source of the sound (a pair of and, a rattling sound that had been bothering me for months. Brian Casey and the service team were able to locate the source of the sound (a pair of sunglasses in the overhead sunshade holder). Brian even took the time to take my car out himself and confirm that was the source of sound. My hats off to Brian and the service team for alleviating that nagging sound. I received complementary pick-up and drop-off service. Everything went smoothly ...no waiting time. A very pleasant experience. More
