This is the second car that I've been taking to the Crown Kia service department over the course of about 5 years. Each service representative has been consistently courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeab Kia service department over the course of about 5 years. Regarding this recent service visit for regularly scheduled maintenance, Kyle Maxwell was my service rep. Kyle maintained the high standards that I've come to expect. I can recommend asking for him by name. Excellent job and hope he can be my rep again on the next service visit. Overall, the Crown Kia dealership side and service side are highly recommended. More

I have worked with Crown Kia's service department MANY times, and while they're always pretty great, Tracy Haas is in a class all by herself. She was sooo helpful, friendly, upbeat and just a complete br times, and while they're always pretty great, Tracy Haas is in a class all by herself.
