I came in to take care of a recall on my 2017 Kia Sportage. I was greeted right away by Tracey Hass. She found my appointment and explained what would be done. After calling around to obtain info and prices regarding a problem with my 2014 Sedona van, I felt more secure and comfortable having it towed to Crown KIA to fix the gearshift assembly. When it came time to get my Kia Forte oil changed I only go to the dealership, Crown Kia of St. Petersburg, FL, for that service. I arrived at the scheduled time and service writer Sherry Vieira took care o go to the dealership, Crown Kia of St. Petersburg, FL, for that service. I arrived at the scheduled time and service writer Sherry Vieira took care of me. She went over what was required and what was optional at this time. Sherry Vieira quickly and efficiently wrote up the order and told me to make myself comfortable in their waiting area. Within an hour she came over to me to tell the service was complete and the car was being washed. Five minutes later she told me my car was ready and personally walked with me to the cashier window to check out. Even though the service department was extremely busy, Sherry Vieira took the time to keep me updated throughout the service. It is people like Sherry Vieira that keep me coming back to Crown Kia of St. Petersburg for all my service needs. More
