Kyle Maxwell was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get my vehicle serviced in a reasonable amount of time. He went even further and had a second service done at the same knowledgeable. He was able to get my vehicle serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Tracey Haas was my service professional on my visit yesterday to handle a recall situation. Very attentive and pleasant. Signed my auto in as soon as I arrived; gave me an estimate of the timing; of yesterday to handle a recall situation. Very attentive and pleasant. Signed my auto in as soon as I arrived; gave me an estimate of the timing; offered to drive me home. I opted to wait in the waiting room, which was very tidy and clean. Service was prompt and completed in less than two hours; even received a complementary car wash. Tracey took the time to answer any questions I had while handing me the paper work and walking me to my car. Every person I have dealt with at Crown Kia has been exceptional. Devin Devine, my sales person. Devin went above and beyond in the midst of the pandemic to handle all the details; meeting outside on my balcony.
