Tracey Haas was an excellent service advisor for my express-service oil change. Easy painless check-in/check-out, and the waiting area has coffee, snacks, wifi and TV to pass the time. BUT, it took too express-service oil change. Easy painless check-in/check-out, and the waiting area has coffee, snacks, wifi and TV to pass the time. BUT, it took too long for the oil change - over 2 hours and that was with an appointment and I showed up on time. Otherwise would be 5 stars. More
