After one week of email communication, I drove 180 miles RT to the Crown dealership, having called the salesguy the day before to tell him I would be driving up. Apparently a similar car was expected in approximately 7 days, but, now, suddenly, the "out the door price" that had been discussed prior to my drive to the dealerhsip and on that very day could not be honored. I sent an email to the general manager regarding my experience and neever got a response, which further demonstrated that they could have cared less about earning my business.The same car, now became several hundred dollars more in price. In the end, lucky for me, I guess, because I did not purchase a Soul! More

I came in with a friend to help me get a new car that fits my needs with my husband struggling to get in and out of the older car that broke down. He listened and made me feel relaxed and his manager Nick did a good job explaining the prices since we have not bought a new car in awhile. The new car salesman Brandon was very nice and even purchased a bottle of water for my pregnant wife while we filled out the paperwork. The finance manager was also a dream to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the lease process and took the time to explain any and all questions that we had. We are two-time buyers now and we will be back in three years for another purchase. I feel very comfortable with him and love his informative but low pressure demeanor--high pressure sales makes me want to run for the hills! I maintained my Soul through this dealership and would often see Mike as I waited during my service visit (which were also always very professionally handled to my satisfaction). He was great about keeping me informed of my options, which did finally lead me to trading in my Soul as it hit 75,000 miles. When I visited the dealership earlier this week--I actually walked in as they were closing--Mike took the time and stayed late to walk me through a ballpark estimate to trade in my Soul for a new Optima. We started preliminary paperwork and I returned the following evening to complete the transaction. Other than a little bit of an understandable wait for the finance manager to finish up with another customer, the process was smooth and I drove home happily in my new Optima. I would readily recommend Mike and Crown Kia to anyone looking to purchase a Kia--very professional, courteous and customer-oriented. More

Within 20 minutes, Matt was looking at what he could do to get us the best deal we could afford. There was no pressure in the sale, just a knowledgeable approach that left us confident and happy with our decision. We left having purchased a 2013 model Kia and we are very pleased with it.
