Matt was very thorough in explaining all the features of the Optima plus all the warranty's. We've been to many dealerships and test drove many cars similar to Optima. We like this car the best! We went in to just test drive the Optima but by the time Matt explained all the benefits we ended up buying the car and driving home that day with our brand new Optima. He then worked with me on getting me out of my existing Mercedes lease and purchasing the Optima, which I didn't think would be possible. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the deal. I came in there last Sunday looking to purchase a new vehicle. Rudy met us on the show room floor and was very courteous and I immediately felt comfortable with him. Loved the car and wanted to buy it. We agreed on a final price and I was in and out the door in less than 3 hours I believe. The car is the best purchase I have made, the best experience I have had and I would not hesitate to return to Crown Kia in the future. Rudy even offered to set up my first oil change on my car, and he did just that. Sales people like Rudy make the car buying experience enjoyable. More

I walked into the dealership 20 minutes before closing time hoping to purchase a vehicle. Tony Scopacasa was the sales person helping me. Even though the dealership was closing in a few minutes, Tony was extremely helpful and took his time to show me a variety of vehicles and option packages. He took me for a test drive and I had made my decision to purchase the vehicle. The negotiating began and continued for a while. Tony never once was angry or upset that I was keeping him there past closing. He worked with me and made it possible for me to get the deal and payments I felt comfortable with. He very considerately let the finance manager do his paperwork first so he could leave and then finished up his paperwork with me. Tony and I were the last to leave the dealership that evening. Tony made arrangements for me to come back after work to have the vehicle detailed and answer any questions I had and explain in more details all of the features of the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle was detailed promptly and Tony showed me around the dealership, schedule my free oil change and took the time to help me pair my cell phone to the Bluetooth in the vehicle. He sent several minutes with me showing different features of the Bluetooth to make use more convenient if I chose to use it while driving. I have to say this experience with Tony and Crown was one of my more enjoyable car buying experiences. Tony is a very laid back, personable and professional person and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would most certainly refer friends, coworkers etc. to Crown and I would highly recommend they ask for Tony. In the past I have never taken the time to rate or share a car buying experience however, it was such a positive experience and Tony was a pleasure to deal with, I felt compelled to take the time.
