I was out of the area, and Marcus made my time at the dealership very efficient. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Grenadier, and helpful in deciding between options, packages, colors, etc. He was never pushy, and felt more like a consultant who often reflected my interests even when I was sure that it would probably have been easier to not do so. He was a great communicator, and the financial aspects were well explained and exactly matched my expectations based on the build configurator tool. Can’t recommend him enough. More

Agim (Jim) at Crown Ineos in St. Pete provided the best car buying experience I have had to date. I started in April by building my dream Trialmaster on the Ineos website. Jim cont Pete provided the best car buying experience I have had to date. I started in April by building my dream Trialmaster on the Ineos website. Jim contacted me after receiving my submission and has kept me informed over the past several months as to stock available and financing promotions until we found the perfect scenario. When visiting the dealership for a test drive, Jim educated me on the vehicle prior to the test drive. He is extremely personable, genuine and enjoyable to work with. Jim and his team made the entire process very easy and painless. After purchase, he has followed up with me on a couple of additional service items.
