I was recently in town for 5 days to celebrate New Years with friends. Among other things, I had been intending to purchase an Ineos Grenadier. On 12/30/25, I made my way to the Crown dealership and closed with friends. Among other things, I had been intending to purchase an Ineos Grenadier. On 12/30/25, I made my way to the Crown dealership and closed on a 2025 Fieldmaster. In addition to the typical prep work, there was a number of dealer installed upgrades that I wanted. It was agreed that in consideration of the two day holiday, I would take delivery on the afternoon of January 2nd. Upon delivery, there were two extra items that were missed in the prep and my salesman was disappointed with ceramic coating that was applied. This was disappointing as I wanted to drive back to Amelia Island the following morning. To my surprise, the Service Manager, Evan Doel suggested that I take the vehicle as-is and they would arrange to take the vehicle back to St. Pete at a later date to compete the work and address any issues I may have identified on my own. After about 4 weeks, Evan Doel reached out to me and wanted to check on my experience to date and wanted to schedule the delivery of a loaner vehicle and take my Grenny back to the dealership to correct any deficiencies. As promised, the Crown dealership delivered a loaner via Flatbed and brought my car back to be serviced. Considering someone was going to be making two 500+ mile round trips with the vehicle, Evan asked that I allow them a week to complete the work. Earlier this week, my vehicle was returned and the loaner was retrieved and everything was perfect. When I was initially considering a Grenadier, I was apprehensive about the purchase since I knew there was a limited number of dealers in the U.S. However, from the various Grenny owner groups and clubs, I kept hearing how these Grenny dealers went out of their way to give purchasers a great experience. I also liked the idea of buying from Crown Ineos, as it is part of a multi franchise dealership company. I love my Grenadier and highly recommend anyone purchasing one consider Crown Ineos in St. Pete. More

The web site provided high res pictures and Marcus answered everything else honestly. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Crown in the future. The only problem, which is not related to Crown, is non-reciprocity between FL and West Virginia which resulted in us paying 6% sales tax in both states. Come on politicians get it together. More
