Staff is usually very helpful and pleasant! Jarett Ziemak was my service representative. He answered my questions and service was done in about an hour! Ryan Murray took exceptional care of my Genesis. On very short notice (1 hour) he got me in to fix a warranty problem where my trunk would not open. I offered to leave the car over night but Ryan was able t short notice (1 hour) he got me in to fix a warranty problem where my trunk would not open. I offered to leave the car over night but Ryan was able to find a way to take care of my problem. I arrived at 1 pm, left the car and it was ready by 4 pm, Good to Go. Also the Manager Chris got my car in the service line himself and had it ready for Ryan to do "his thing". Best visit ever. More
