Ryan Murray (and his manager Chris Sanborn) came through once again. He helped to attain and replace my FIFTH radio/navigation screen which cost $6,000 apiece. (do the math… $30,000 worth of screens within once again. He helped to attain and replace my FIFTH radio/navigation screen which cost $6,000 apiece. (do the math… $30,000 worth of screens within 3 years!). But was able to replace it at no cost for me since it broke, once again within the one-year warranty. His take-charge attitude, professional demeanor and sense of humor is what keeps me a loyal Crown Hyundai Service customer. More

Once again Crown, and Tomm saved me on short notice. My Genesis was dead, and after speaking with Tomm, managed to jump start it and drive into the dealership.
