I'm new to Crown Hyundai, having bought a new Sonata in late January. I've dealt with Cliff Stoufer by phone and he took care of my warranty work in person. He kept me informed of the progress on a mino in late January. I've dealt with Cliff Stoufer by phone and he took care of my warranty work in person. He kept me informed of the progress on a minor paint problem fix that meant leaving the car 3 nights, made arrangements for a free loner and generally made me feel that this Crown dealership has caring employees. Although there are 3 Hyundai dealerships closer to my home, I will feel very comfortable dealing with Cliff on the next and on future service visits. More
