Too many times, great customer service goes unrecognized and in my position with my company, I feel that positive recognition needs to be shared more often than it is. The only service that has been required on my 2013 Elantra has been recall oriented and Cliff has gone above and beyond friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. I only have 4500 miles on my car so haven't required service except for a sticking driver door and that, along with recalls I have been notified about, was done quickly and positively. My husband owns a 2011 Sonata purchased here and my two daughters both have 2011 Hyundai Sonatas purchased elsewhere. Dealing with Hyundai is a pleasure from the phone operator, to the ability to arrange service appointments online. We are especially pleased with Cliff's way of making us feel like appreciated owners. More
