I came in for a tire pressure light. I was greeted by Jarett who was very welcoming. Tomm Burkart quickly let me know there was a nail in my tire. Service department has been very efficient every time I've needed service. Jarrett is friendly, helpful and professional in dealing with getting my car serviced. A couple of weeks ago, I took my Santa Fe in for some work on a manufacture recall. When I pulled up, they told me I had to wait for the gentleman was helping another customer. I didn't think this was work on a manufacture recall. When I pulled up, they told me I had to wait for the gentleman was helping another customer. I didn't think this was a good idea to have to wait outside, particularly in the Florida heat and humidity. This did not sit well with me. And then, when the work was completed, I pulled away with my ESC light on. It would not turn off. The next day, my brakes would randomly apply themselves. Of course, this had me profoundly concerned for my safety, and then I'm anxious because I have to take another day off to return and have this issue fixed. I pulled up for the appointment, and again, I'm told my service advisor is with another person and to wait. This time, I went inside to wait. This needs to change. They need a better way to handle their appointment arrivals. The guys were great though. Very polite and understanding. They soon discovered the reason for the issue, fixed it, washed my car, and much to my surprise, did it all at no charge. The service advisors and the service are all great. I will be coming back in the future to further support their service because I firmly believe those who offer the best service should get the most customers. My only caveat is the admissions waiting process. More
