I have worked with Cliff Stoufer, my service advisor, for the past 10 years and two Hyundai's. Cliff works hard to make sure the repairs are done correctly and immediately addresses any issues that aris for the past 10 years and two Hyundai's. Cliff works hard to make sure the repairs are done correctly and immediately addresses any issues that arise. If I want to make sure that my car's service needs are properly diagnosed and fixed, I go to Cliff. Crown's prices tend to run a little higher than independent garages or repair chain shops, but I know that I do not have to wonder if I'm getting unnecessary repairs performed. Also, I never hear anybody grumbling and grousing about ripoffs while waiting in the customer lounge, which, by the way, is very comfortable and stocked with coffee and snacks. Simply put, I trust my cars to Cliff Stoufer and Crown Service. More

Service department has been very efficient every time I've needed service. Jarrett is friendly, helpful and professional in dealing with getting my car serviced.
