We brought our Tucson in for a recall issue. Tomm Burkart was smiling ( as usual), courteous, accommodating and always has time to answer questions without sounding condescending. My car wouldn't start when I tried to leave work on Tuesday. I had it towed to Crown Hyundai and met with Jarett when I arrived. I informed him that I was probably going to have to call out of the se Tuesday. I had it towed to Crown Hyundai and met with Jarett when I arrived. I informed him that I was probably going to have to call out of the second part of my shift that night. He asked me to wait to see if he could get the car in for me quick. They took my car in to service almost immediately. It ended up being a lever that needed to be replaced in the starter. They fixed it in less than an hour and a half and I was able to make it back to work ON TIME... Jarett is an awesome service advisor and all the guys in service are great as well! I really do appreciate the quickness with which they took care of my car and the friendliness with which they did it.
